Dr. Mohammed Eslami is the Chief Data Scientist at Netrias and has expertise in AI, machine learning at scale, multi-omics analysis, and modeling complex, dynamical systems in a variety of domains, as well as extracting insights from large sets of heterogeneous data. Dr. Eslami was the data science lead of DARPA’s Network Defense program as well as the lead of its graph analytics group. He currently acts as a liaison between the data scientists and technology team on DARPA’s Synergistic Discovery and Design program where he is also researching the application of graph analytics to learn regulatory networks from genetic, transcriptomic, and proteomic data collected from single-cell organisms. He is also chair of the AAAI Interest Group: Artificial Intelligence for Synthetic Biology and has published multiple conference papers on the intersection of graph analytics and machine learning.
